We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Equine Veterinarian to join our team! If you share our passion for providing exceptional equine care and are excited to be part of a close-knit practice, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
- Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in the state of Iowa.
- Experience in equine medicine preferred, but new graduates with a passion for excellent patient care are welcome to apply.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment skills for equine patients.
- Excellent communication and client education abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Ability to perform farm calls within a 40-mile radius and provide care in a variety of settings.
Hours & Availability
Iowa Equine is open during the following hours of operation:
- Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
- We value work-life balance, we offer a flexible schedule with a four-day work week!
- On-call responsibilities are shared equally among veterinarians and holiday call schedules are made by unanimous agreement.
Compensation & Benefits
